Turning ambitious ideas into experiences that actually work.
I've spent more than thirty years working where creativity, technology, and human experience collide.
I started as a technical author in pro audio before wandering into flight simulation, immersive visualisation, planetariums, automotive design, oil & gas, museums, visitor attractions, and theme park rides. Along the way, I've worked for global system integrators, run my own consultancy, and now help customers design large-scale technical systems that people actually use.
I don't geek out on technology for its own sake. I nerd out on making ambitious ideas work - connecting creative vision, engineering reality, commercial constraints, and the people who'll ultimately experience what's built.
I'm endlessly curious about emerging technology, immersive experiences, AI, and how good engineering unlocks better stories, better collaboration, and better experiences. I enjoy sharing what I learn through writing, speaking, and occasionally disappearing down gloriously nerdy rabbit holes.
Figuring out my own ADHD after my twin daughters were diagnosed completely reframed how I think about creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. It's become something I speak about openly, including presenting on neurodiversity in the creative industry, because I genuinely believe different ways of thinking make better teams, better ideas, and better outcomes.
If you're building something immersive, unusual, technically challenging, or just bonkers, we'll probably get along.
